Please be sure to use the latest FreeTone version to insure quality of calls, Update your version here!
Check your connection, you need an internet connection to use FreeTone!
If you are trying to call a regular number :
- Check that you have enough credits (Remember that calling landline or cell phone number requires credits), if you don't then: let's earn credits before you call!
- Check that you dial the international format : + (country code) (number), tap a long "0" to dial "+"
- Check that the country you want to call is available on FreeTone, (go to "Text & Call Abroad" from the left bar menu)
If you can connect the call but you have experiencing audio issue, please check the :
